New devices will allow not only to withdraw cash from a bank card, but also provides electronic wallet functions - ATMs will be able to "communicate" with smartphones for operations with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. The cost of one such ATM is $ 8,500 - it is expected that due to the profits from the commissions they will pay off in just six months.
In November last year, the South Korean industrial conglomerate Hyosung, also engaged in the production of ATMs, added thefeature of bitcoins purchase on their devices. At the same time, DigitalX and the manufacturer of the ATMs Stargroup are developing software for 2,900 ATMs in Australia that will support bitcoin.
