The AlphaPoint firm revealed its plans concerning a new AlphaPoint Public Network (APN). The major purpose of the development is a necessity to submit tangible assets in a digital form. With the help of the new network the blockchain software maker will provide the opportunity to issue and exchange digital assets, which are supported by real-world assets.

The APN will be created with the help of Intel’s technology Software Guard Extensions (SGXs), which allows to close off private keys in the blockchain.

At the same time as the new network was announced, it was reported that Salil Donde had become a new CEO of the company and a member of its board of directors. Earlier he performed duties of an executive vice president of Nasdaq's Global Information Services.

Donde also defined the main goal of AlphaPoint. He said that the company has to help people to transform their tangible assets to digital and put forth new markets.

MyEtherWallet, a popular cryptocurrency wallet, in collaboration with the Swiss company Bity, introduced the Fiat service, which allows you to exchange digital assets for euros and Swiss francs without verification.

It is noted that the service is available to all bank account holders with an international bank account number (IBAN).

Bity is able to offer this kind of KYC-less Exit-to-Fiat gateway because it is compliant with the Swiss Anti Money Laundering Ordinance (AMLA).
