The leading US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase Pro announced the start of support for four new Ethereum tokens - Dai (DAI), Golem (GNT), Maker (MKR) and Zilliqa (ZIL).

Trades in these assets will be available in selected jurisdictions. For example, GNT and DAI will initially only be available to customers from the United States (excluding the state of New York), the United Kingdom, the EU, Canada, Singapore, and Australia. MKR and ZIL will also be available in all these countries with the exception of the United States.

The exchange's statement says that adding new assets is a continuation of the initiative announced earlier this year to add ERC-20 standard tokens to Coinbase products.

The company has previously added support for 0x (ZRX), Basic Attention Token (BAT), Civic (CVC), district0x (DNT), Loom Network (LOOM) and Decentraland (MANA), as well as USD Coin (USDC). Of the four new assets, only GNT is not technically a ERC-20 token.

In the future, they can also be added to the Coinbase.com quick investment platform and into the company's mobile applications.
