Analytical agency Fundstrat Global Advisors will allow its clients to purchase research of various sectors of economy for bitcoins. To this end, the firm has entered into a partnership with BitPay processing.

Fundstrat stressed that many clients of the agency face the complexity and high cost of cross-border transfers. So, the option of bitcoin-payments should significantly facilitate the purchase of exclusive research works.

Fundstrat found that accepting payments via BitPay is considerably simpler, faster and less expensive than bank wires. Bitcoin payments make it easier for our clients, particularly those outside the US, by offering more options to pay for our research services without having to deal with the hassles of currency translation.

SEC Chairman to Speak About BTC Listing

It looks like Bitcoin listing on the tradional exchanges won't happen in the nearest future

Chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Jay Clayton said that bitcoin needs more regulation for listing on large exchanges. It is reported by CNBC.

If [investors] think there’s the same rigor around that price discovery as there is on the Nasdaq or New York Stock Exchange ... they are sorely mistaken. We have to get to a place where we can be confident that trading is better regulated.

Jay Clayton

Chairman, SEC

He was talking about listing conditions for bitcoin itself, and not derivatives, such as CME futures.
