KuCoin opened the possibility of non-custodial trade for verified users, as reported on its official website.

It was possible to implement this thanks to the integration of the startup called Arwen, which allows clients of centralized crypto exchange to control their private keys.

So far, the new feature is available in beta mode. The size of the escrow is limited to about $ 100, and the size of transactions - $ 25. To use the service, you must have a verified account on the exchange. At the same time, it is not available for users from the USA, China, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria and the Crimea.

In addition, KuCoin CEO Michael Gan said that the company plans to launch its own decentralized exchange.

Recently, KuCoin has added the feature to buy cryptocurrencies using MasterCard and Visa cards.
