KuCoin Reduces Minimum Withdrawal Amount

KuCoin announced that the minimum withdrawal amount for VEN token has been reduced at the users request

On April 12 KuCoin cryptocurrency exchange announced that the minimum withdrawal amount for a very popular VeChain token has been reduced from 50 down to 10. That was done because of multiple requests of users who were asking for the minimum amount to be reduced in order to make the trading on the platform more convenient.

Judging by the users' reaction to the announcement on Twitter, the news was not really welcomed warmly by the community, as a lot of people were excpecting also the withdrawal fee to be reduced. Previously, we have reported that KuCoin exchange temporarily disabled Bitcoin Private withdrawals due to some technical issues with BTCP wallets.

KuCoin to Launch Spotlight IEO Platform

The KuCoin marketplace announced the launch of a platform for initial exchange offerings (IEO) called Spotlight.

The exchange's blog says that information about the first tokensale will appear this week. It is also known that tokens will be distributed according to the principle of first-come, first-served, that is, in the order of receipt of applications from investors. To purchase assets of new projects will use its own token exchange - KuCoin Shares (KCS).

In order to participate in the tokensale users will need to be verified. Some countries and regions will not be admitted to IEO on KuCoin.

After Binance conducted two extremely successful IEOs on the basis of its platform, BitTorrent and Fetch.ai, the analogue of Launchpad appeared on OKEx. Soon, Bittrex International announced the launch of its own IEO platform.
