On February 28 Lisk has announced that it integrates Intercom messaging application for Improved Customer Support. Lisk team reported that after long and careful consideration, it finally decided to go with Intercom as it is a modern platform that allows for instant messaging between users and customer support representatives.
Lisk and Intercom Partnership
Lisk is creating the Help Center, which contains comprehensive answers to often-asked questions about company, products and general troubleshooting. The Help Center’s search bar allows users to quickly locate their topic of interest, and also allows for customer support representatives to better respond to customer needs.
Intercom allows us to simplify the customer support process on both ends: for users seeking assistance and customer support representatives answering questions.
Lisk team tested Intercom for several weeks before its relaunch last week, and the new Help Center went into effect at the same time as the new Lisk website.
