Website and technical data

The website is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. Requests to our server may produce technical logs containing an IP address, request time, requested address, browser information and response status. These records support delivery of the website, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on the site; loading them sends your IP address and technical request information to Google.

Project enquiries

When you contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, company and project requirements. We use them to reply, discuss the project and carry out agreed work. Opening WhatsApp takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy terms. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in a project enquiry.

Client briefs

Answers in a client brief are saved automatically to our server as you fill in fields; there is no separate submit step. Our authorised administrators can see saved answers and completion progress. A client’s unique access link allows the same brief to be continued on another device. Anyone with that full link can access the brief, so keep it private and contact us if it has been shared accidentally. Google Analytics is not loaded on briefs or administration pages.

Administration

Administrator sign-in uses Google OAuth and a restricted list of approved accounts. The login flow processes account identification and uses secure authentication cookies: the temporary login cookie lasts up to 10 minutes and the session cookie up to 12 hours. These cookies support authentication rather than advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The cookie panel offers a choice between essential-only use and Google Analytics. Before you accept analytics, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. If you accept, it can record public page views, browser and device information, language, interactions with service folders and contact links. The measurement ID is G-F10D4Y6PPS. We do not intentionally send brief answers or enquiry content to Analytics. Advertising consent and Google signals are disabled in the website configuration.

Your choice is stored in localStorage under hype-cookie-consent-v1 for 180 days, on this browser only. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are configured for 180 days. You can reopen Cookies in the footer at any time. Rejecting analytics stops further tracking and removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site; it does not erase information already received by Google.

Service providers and processing locations

Hosting, authentication, analytics and messaging providers process information needed for their services. Depending on the provider, processing may take place outside your country. We do not sell personal information. We may share information where needed to perform agreed services, respond to a lawful request or protect the site and its users.

Retention and protection

Project correspondence and brief answers are kept for the purposes of the enquiry, delivery and follow-up, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to review or delete information that is no longer needed. The site uses HTTPS and restricts administrative access. No online service can guarantee complete security; an access link should be treated as confidential.

Your choices and requests

Email service@hype.codes to request access, correction or deletion, to ask about retention or providers, or to raise a privacy concern. Where applicable, you may also request restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a relevant supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect the core website or previously lawful processing.

Changes

We update this page when the website’s data practices change and show the revision date above. If a change requires a new analytics choice, we will request it through the cookie panel.
